By downloading, installing, or using the Processly app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. The App is owned and operated by ST14 X AS, doing business as Processly ("we," "us," or "our").
Processly is a mobile application designed to help users identify and understand the level of processing in food products. The App allows users to scan food items, view processing scores, and receive information about ingredients and nutritional content.
Some features of the App may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using the App.

The App provides information about food products, including processing scores, nutritional information, and ingredient analysis. This information is provided for general educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dietary needs. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen in the App.
The App may allow you to submit content, such as reviews, comments, or food product information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Processly and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App or its content other than the limited right to use the App as set forth herein.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links only as a convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of any third-party website or resource.
Some features of the App may be available only through a paid subscription. Payment terms will be disclosed to you before you complete the purchase. By completing the purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ST14 X AS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ST14 X AS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE APP, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF ACCURACY, OF QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ST14 X AS, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, Inc. and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof. You further acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
